Our Promise

Small Wonders will endeavour to despatch goods as shown on the site within the next working day ensuring your receipt within 3-4 days allowing for the postal services. We will inform you should there be any unforeseen delays.

Shopping

Buying from Small Wonders is straightforward. Having browsed in our shop and made your selection, your items will be stored in your shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to the checkout where we will request the necessary details.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card using the secure Paypal service. You do not need to have a Paypal account, you can simply pay by card. Alternatively, you may wish to pay by cheque. If you are paying by cheque please make the cheque payable to 'J Talboys-Cotton' and send with your name, address and reference number to "Small Wonders. 2 Meadow Close, Penkridge, Staffordshire ST19 5TY." We will despatch the order as soon as payment has been received - please allow five working days for the cheque to clear. We will email you (if you supply your address) with your delivery/account status.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will not be charged for backordered items until they are ready to send. In the mean time if you decide you DO NOT wish for the order to be processed, please contact us immediately by email.

My Order Hasn't Arrived

We use a courier or Royal Mail to deliver goods and unfortunately they can very occasionally let us down. If your order has not been received within 10 working days please telephone the shop on 07766330129 so that we can look into the matter. If you are out when delivery is attempted you will receive a card asking you to arrange a suitable delivery time, please respond to this promptly.

Tax Charges

VAT is not charged on baby clothing. For orders made from the UK or the European Union 17.5% VAT is added on all other products that are eligible. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

Small Wonders shop uses the highly secure Paypal service to collect payment. For more information on Paypal, simply click on the credit card logo to the left of this page. You have buyer protection with Paypal which i why we prefer to use it.

Returns Procedure

Small Wonders want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. We have a 7 day no quibbles returns policy as long as the products have not been used in any way and that all packaging remains unopened and the goods unused. On receipt of the returned item we will issue a full refund or exchange. We cannot refund any postage fees which you may incurr.

Faulty Goods

Goods should be recevied by you in the same condition as they left us. If a product you purchase from us is faulty you can return it to Small Wonders where we will offer a full refund or exchange. Please advise us within 7 days of receipt. To return an item, simply contact us by email or call 07766330129 and we will instruct you on the returns procedure. Please enclose a note giving your name, address and the reason for the return and wrap the package securely. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it has arrived damaged, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services.

Discounts

If you have a discount code simply enter the code in the comments section of the checkout procedure. Discounts will then be refunded back to you by the same method of payment.

Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
